Every home is different and may require some unique marketing.   My 17-step marketing plan outlines my basic plan for selling my listings.  Many previous clients will attest that I follow the plan and that it works!  Above all, I will communicate with you throughout the process.

Bill's Marketing Plan

  1. Place a Jenny Pruitt sign in the yard.
  2. Enter the home in the F.M.L.S. system with appropriate comments to entice other Realtors to show the home to prospective buyers.
  3. Give professional advice on proper pricing & staging of a home in order to maximize its appeal to prospective buyers.
  4. Prepare flyers with pictures for prospective buyers to take after viewing the home.
  5. Advertise the home on the following web sites every day until sold:
  6. Advertise in the Atlanta Journal and Constitution as appropriate. 
  7. Advertise in the Real Estate Guide as appropriate.
  8. Advertise in neighborhood newspapers as appropriate.
  9. Send flyers and network with other Realtors.
  10. Discuss the home with other Realtors in my office and caravan as needed.
  11. Follow up on any sign calls or calls generated by any of our ads.
  12. Call each Realtor who shows the home for feedback concerning how it compares to the competition in terms of price, condition, and any other items of interest.
  13. Share the feedback and remarks from other Realtors with the owners.
  14. Use my negotiating skills to negotiate the best price, terms and conditions for my sellers after we receive an offer.
  15. Follow up with all necessary parties after an offer is agreed upon in order to have a successful closing.
  16. Always remember to communicate often with my sellers throughout the process, including any changes in market conditions which may affect the sale.
